- The two Swagman bike racks you mentioned are very similar. For the money I would have to recommend the # S64702 since will basically do all the same things as the other rack at a fraction of the price. As long as you have 9 mm axles this would be the way to go.
The biggest advantage to the part # S64701 is that it can fit 9mm, 15 mm, and thru-axle bikes so it does offer a bit more flexibility.
